There's not much information available on the net about the Inuk kayak. This page aims to fix that. The Inuk kayak is produced by both Kirton Kayaks in England and Nelo in Portugal. The shape of the lower hull seems to be equal, where as Kiron modernized the deckdesign in 1998. The deck-fittings, rudder and footrest are slightly different.
These two kayaks have very equal (good) scores in the hydrodynamic drag calculations presented in Seakayaker Magazine. It's interesting to compare their hulls. The Extreme is slightly longer and has more rocker. The Inuk has a lower profile and less volume.
The Vyneck is a classic. The two boats have almost the same beam. The Inuk is longer and has a longer waterline but still less volume. The foredeck of the Vyneck is lower than the Inuk's. The Vyneck has even less rocker than the Inuk and some really hard chines. The Vyneck was build to be a no-rudder-nor-skeg boat while the Inuk needs its rudder.
